Bradley Meyer helps contractors, business owners, and commercial entities navigate construction-related disputes, commercial litigation, and business transactions with a practical, business‑focused approach. He represents clients at all stages of a matter, from early risk assessment and strategic planning through dispute resolution and trial, always to protect business interests and control costs.
Bradley is actively involved in managing complex commercial and construction matters, advising clients on how to address disputes efficiently and, when possible, resolve them before they escalate to litigation. His practice includes drafting and arguing substantive pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions; negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts; and counseling clients on risk mitigation strategies tailored to their operations and long‑term objectives. He has also served as first chair at trial during his second year of practice, reflecting his hands‑on role in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Bradley has experience appearing before Delaware state and federal courts, as well as administrative boards, agencies, and private dispute resolution forums. He regularly works with clients involved in payment disputes, contract interpretation issues, delay and performance claims, and other matters that commonly arise in commercial construction and business relationships. His approach emphasizes clear communication, strategic decision making, and practical solutions designed to align legal strategy with business realities.
Before entering private practice, Bradley gained valuable insight into the construction industry through prior work at an electrical contracting company. This experience, combined with early career work assisting with both litigation and transactional matters and clerking within the judiciary, informs his ability to understand projects and disputes from both legal and operational perspectives. As a result, he is well-positioned to anticipate challenges, evaluate risk, and guide clients through complex legal issues that support their broader business goals.
