Offit Kurman has been ranked in three intellectual property categories by Oppedahl.com’s Ant-Like Persistence Blog, which ranks the firms according to the number of US trademark registrations and patent grants obtained each year. The seventh annual Tote board rankings, based on data submitted from 2021, ranks Offit Kurman as follows:
- 2021 U.S. Trademark Registrations: #23 (up from #31 in 2020)
- 2021 U.S. Utility Patents: #44 (up from #45 in 2020)
- 2021 U.S. Design Patents: #40 (up from #41 in 2020)
