Gary P. Brackett Joins Offit Kurman’s General Corporate Practice Group in Charlotte, N.C.

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that corporate attorney Gary P. Brackett has joined the firm’s Business Law & Transaction practice group. Based in Charlotte, N.C., Gary brings extensive experience advising private companies, founders and investors on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

Gary advises on mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance. He supports early-stage and growth companies with formation, funding, and contracts and serves as outside general counsel to businesses in healthcare, professional services, home services and manufacturing. His background in advertising and marketing adds a strategic business perspective.
