Associate Kaitlyn Holzer Joins Offit Kurman’s Commercial Litigation Ranks

BALTIMORE, MD – (October 19, 2023) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Kaitlyn Holzer to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, resident in the Baltimore, Maryland office.

Kaitlyn Holzer focuses her practice on real estate and consumer protection matters. She also encompasses a wealth of experience in personal injury cases, including proficiency in premises liability claims and data breach class action litigation. Her guidance has been instrumental in advising businesses on navigating the complexities of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.

Beyond her legal practice, Holzer holds the position of Board Member with Baltimore CONNECT and is a member of the D.C. Defense Lawyers Association, underscoring her active participation in the legal and local communities.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Holzer successfully defended healthcare institutions and providers in intricate malpractice cases.

Holzer earned her B.A. from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
