Kaitlyn Clarkson is a member of Offit Kurman's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Kaitlyn’s primary focus is on real estate and consumer protection matters. She also has additional experience in personal injury matters, including premises liability claims and data breach class action litigation. Kaitlyn has provided legal counsel to businesses regarding the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Kaitlyn defended healthcare institutions and providers in complex malpractice matters.
