Amanda Szmuc Joins Offit Kurman’s Litigation Team in Philadelphia
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Amanda Szmuc has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the commercial litigation and construction law practice groups.
Amanda represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial and construction disputes, including matters involving contracts, project delays, payment issues, and professional liability. She works with contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, property owners, and corporate clients to resolve conflicts efficiently and strategically.
Before joining Offit Kurman, Amanda practiced at a regional law firm, where she represented clients in civil and commercial litigation and drafted a successful brief in opposition to a petition before the Supreme Court of the United States. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
Amanda earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from Seton Hall University.
