Paul A. Bianchi is a member of Offit Kurman’s Landlord Representation Practice Group. Paul specializes in assisting landlords in large and small claims litigation and a variety of motions hearings. He also has experience drafting complaints and motions.
Prior to working at Offit Kurman, Paul worked as a creditor’s rights attorney which allowed him to work in Circuit and District Courts around the state. Upon graduation from law school, he served as an assistant clerk to the Honorable William O. Carr of the Harford County Circuit Court.
