Mary Gray works with attorneys in the firm’s Estates and Trusts practice group. She regularly drafts wills, trusts, and all other estate planning documents. Mary also handles trust and estate administration and probate, preparing all required post-death documents and notices for trusts and decedents’ estates, including asset allocation spreadsheets and Form 706 Estate Tax Returns. Additionally, she prepares and files all documents for probate proceedings from start to finish, as well as other types of petitions for the distribution of a decedent’s non-trust assets.
Mary routinely prepares biennial accounts and reports for conservatorships, special needs trusts, and other court-supervised administrations. With over 25 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal, she has also worked in trust and death administration for the last eight years.
