As the Director of Attorney Development and Origination Culture, Marianne Lee helps attorneys to build the practices they want. Working with a team of business development professionals, Marianne guides strategic efforts with a focus on relationships and client service. Marianne has expanded the firm’s Origination Culture program to provide business development training and coaching to attorneys in all phases of their careers, working with both groups and individuals.

Marianne has over 20 years of experience in law firms, including marketing, business development, and professional development roles in AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 firms.

Marianne is a certified professional coach and is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and the Professional Development Consortium.
