Lisa King works closely with attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She assists with various types of land use and zoning matters across Maryland, including subdivision and land development, rezonings, litigation, and legislative appeals. With her keen attention to detail, Lisa provides support in the drafting and preparation of various zoning and development applications, petitions, deeds, and other land instruments. She also conducts legal research and manages a significant caseload of 25 clients.
