Kim Walker works with the attorneys in the Real Estate and Land Use practice groups and assists with the Commercial Litigation practice group. She primarily works on searching land records, court records, secretary of state records and federal bankruptcy records. She provides summaries on the status of land tile. Kim also assists with problem solving on real estate claims involving land access disputes and other real estate related claims.  With over 30 years of experience, she is proficient in reviewing real estate related documents including legal descriptions as well as civil, estate and special proceeding records. Kim also is experienced in traveling to various court houses in the state of North Carolina to search and obtain records not available online and to provide in-person filings.
