Kelsey Sanna represents employers and professionals in workplace matters, focusing on clear communication, thorough preparation, and practical solutions. She takes pride in being reliable, efficient, and relentlessly prepared.

Before joining the firm, Kelsey gained diverse experience across both litigation and compliance. She served as a judicial intern to the Honorable N. Christopher Griffiths of the Delaware Supreme Court, where she analyzed complex legal questions, prepared for oral arguments, and reviewed opinions on matters ranging from stockholder rights to constitutional issues. Earlier in her career, she worked in national and regional defense practices, where she contributed to large-scale class actions and risk management matters, including litigation stemming from the BP oil spill. She also supported trial teams by conducting discovery reviews, drafting pleadings, and preparing materials for arbitration.

During law school, Kelsey was elected Vice Chair of Administration on the Honor Council Board, where she helped uphold standards of academic integrity and professionalism. She also served as a fellow in the Legal Research & Writing Department, mentoring first-year students on legal writing, research platforms, and citation practices.

Clients and colleagues alike recognize Kelsey for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
