Kassidy also drafts and reviews leases, addenda, rental applications, and management agreements to minimize risk and maintain strong tenant relationships. Her work supports clients managing diverse portfolios of residential and commercial assets.
Before entering private practice, Kassidy served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, where she researched legal issues, prepared memoranda, and assisted judges in analyzing evidence and drafting rulings. She also gained experience advocating for housing rights as a Student Attorney with the Urban Justice Center in New York City, where she analyzed legislation affecting public housing residents and collaborated on tenant advocacy initiatives.
With her background in housing law, Kassidy provides practical, cost‑effective guidance to help clients protect their investments, and she is committed to being consistently responsive, whether the news is good, bad, or indifferent.
Outside of work, Kassidy enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, and has recently taken up running.
