Jung Kim

Jung Kim is an attorney in the Real Estate Law and Transactions Practice Group focusing on complex real estate transactions and financing, commercial leasing, workouts and foreclosure, development, real estate litigation and government compliance and licensing issues.

Jung has a passion for real estate coupled with a business background as an entrepreneur, business owner, property manager, landlord, private lender, investor and developer. He helps clients make intelligent business decisions, assess and minimize risk and apply creative solutions to complicated issues.

Jung is a native Washingtonian and attended school at the University of Virginia and received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Later, he went on to American University Washington College of Law to pursue his career in law. In law school, Jung was a member of the Transactional Law Society, where he honed his negotiation skills.
