John Paul Fulco is a corporate attorney and commercial litigator with over 40 years of experience. He handles disputes arising out of financing agreements, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, intellectual property, anti-trust matters and employment relationships.

John has extensive court-room experience and has tried many cases in New York. Additionally, he has drawn on his extensive litigation experience, as well as his experience as a director of several closely held corporations in negotiating, drafting and advising clients on corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate financings, partnership and joint venture agreements, real estate acquisitions, sales and lending, licensing and intellectual property matters, including software, website and technology development, marketing and strategic and business planning.

He has experience advising clients on such issues in the financial, high technology, internet, manufacturing, insurance, real estate and service industries. John has also represented insurance carriers regarding a wide variety of transactional and compliance matters and has further represented providers, brokers and others in the life and viatical settlement industry. Because of his broad range of experience, John is frequently called upon to collaborate with other attorneys in the office in strategizing on both litigation and corporate matters.

While earning his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
