Meet Joseph DeMattos, Jr., President and CEO of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland. Health Facilities Association of Maryland is a voluntary not-for-profit association comprised of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and associate businesses that serve our provider members.

Joe is proud of their sector and organization during the pandemic. Also, they have fought for increases in Medicare and Medicaid rates.

Joe looks forward to finalizing the new regulations for assisted living providers.
