Meet Chantelle Taylor, LCPC, NCC, CEO of Athelas Institute, Inc. Athelas Institute, Inc. is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit human services agency based in Columbia, Maryland, was founded in 1976 to inspire, empower and enrich the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Chantelle Taylor is proud of the way they take Medicaid defined services and turn them into person centered services.

Chantelle Taylor looks forward to focusing on quality, highly training and supporting their staff.
