Meet Barb Clapp, CEO of Dwyer Workforce Development. Dwyer Workforce Development provides comprehensive support to individuals who lack opportunity and aspire to pursue a career in the healthcare industry, alleviate a severe healthcare workforce shortage, and improve the lives of seniors.

Barb is proud of the program that started from nothing and 2 years later has trained 5,000 Dwyer scholars.

Barb looks forward to growing their geographic footprint and training 3,600 scholars.
