Jani Willis

Jani Willis is the Senior Manager, Onboarding & Attorney Separations with Offit Kurman. She is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new hires who start at Offit Kurman and managing Offit Kurman’s departure process. Her background consists of many years of experience in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, and program and project management. Jani earned her Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and her M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. She also has several human resources and project management certifications including SPHR, PMP, and PMI-PBA.
