Tom Feeley | PanTheryx, President & Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience, Tom brings a long track record of successful business leadership to PanTheryx. Tom has an extensive background in the nutrition industry, guiding companies through periods of significant change, integration, and hyper-growth. Before joining PanTheryx, Tom was the VP, Nutritional Lipids Category at DSM where he led a diverse team in delivering market-leading business growth for DSM’s global omega-3 business. During his tenure at DSM, Tom also led the acquisition and integration of the world’s largest marine oil business, drove new product and technology innovations, and led programs to streamline operations, improve margins, and reduce waste. Prior to DSM, Tom held numerous leadership roles at Martek Biosciences Corporation, overseeing Financial and Treasury functions, creating Martek’s strategic plans, and driving the development of organizational improvements as Martek grew from a fledgling technology company to a leading player in the infant nutrition ingredient space. Tom has served on several boards, including Chairman of the Global Organization for EPA and DHA (GOED).
Tom is a licensed CPA and received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Loyola University.

Juergen Laue | Carroll Independent Fuel, LLC / High’s, Chief Administrative Officer
Juergen Laue, CPA, MBA is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience advising family-owned and privately held companies on growth, governance, succession, and liquidity planning. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Carroll Independent Fuel, a $1.8 billion retail and commercial fuels and convenience store company in Baltimore. Mr. Laue partners closely with ownership groups to align operating strategy with shareholder objectives, including generational transitions, capital structure optimization, and preparation for liquidity events, while maintaining strong financial controls and risk oversight. His prior roles include CFO of Cowan Systems and CFO/VP Finance of Dunbar Armored, where he supported operational transformation initiatives and the successful sale of the company to a strategic buyer. He holds an MBA and BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Scott Hollingsworth | Goodwill Industries of Chesapeake, Inc., Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Scott Hollingsworth is the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake with strategic and operational responsibility for Donated Goods Retail, Ecommerce, Transportation and Recycling & Sustainability along with Real Estate, Legal, Maintenance, POS, Finance and Information Technology. Prior to Goodwill, Scott’s leadership experience spanned diverse industries including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and international development in large global organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Stanley Black & Decker, and Catholic Relief Services. His experience across finance functions, technology, and business models brings strategic leadership to deliver on Goodwill’s mission.
Scott earned his Bachelors in Accounting from Villanova University and MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife Abigail and their children Henry, Lillian, Noah, Michael, and George enjoy spending their time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
