Eric J. Pelletier

Principal and Assistant General Counsel

Eric J. Pelletier is a commercial litigation attorney who represents clients in a variety of complex, high value commercial disputes. While Eric’s practice regularly includes corporate and partnership disputes, he also handles real estate controversies, insurance matters and trusts and estate litigation. Eric’s other real estate litigation experience includes transactional controversies, partition claims and the trial of a riparian rights claim. While Eric frequently resolves litigation through pre-trial motions, he has tried many bench and jury trials in state and federal courts and has argued numerous appeals.

Eric is an assistant general counsel at Offit Kurman and the chair of its Ethics Committee. He is also the Chair of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission’s Peer Review Committee.
