Eileen Spellman works in the Commercial Litigation practice group. She has over 30 years of experience in litigation, specializing in both plaintiff’s personal injury and commercial litigation. Eileen manages a substantial caseload and regularly drafts complaints, motions, and various pleadings in the litigation process. She handles all aspects of pre-litigation production, prepares trial exhibits, and assists trial attorneys during trials. Eileen provided support to the attorneys in a case that resulted in a consumer recall of a defective fan and a $14 million personal injury verdict.
