David Silberman

David Silberman has been a litigation paralegal for 32 years and works primarily with attorneys in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. He consistently manages a large case load and specializes in federal court litigation. David has familiarity with all stages of the litigation process from the initiation of a civil case through the appellate stage. His attention to detail, ability to multitask and commitment to clients ensures that everything that comes across his desk will be handled efficiently and with care. He was the lead paralegal and provided support to attorneys in one of the largest cases in the firm’s history which resulted in settlement on the eve of trial. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, David worked at a Philadelphia intellectual property firm with an emphasis on pharmaceutical patent/ANDA litigation.
