David Powell's practice includes commercial real estate, commercial real estate finance and residential development. He represents commercial developers, residential developers, condominium developers and home builders.

David has handled a variety of complex real estate matters in Charlotte and the surrounding region for over 35 years. He has broad experience in planned unit developments and the creation of condominiums.

David's clients include Mattamy Homes, Pulte Home Company, LLC, M/I Homes, David Weekley Homes, the City of Charlotte,  Yearly Homes and Sanders Utility Construction Co, Inc.
