Caroline L. Callahan

Counsel

Caroline L. Callahan is counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She is active in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia state and federal courts. Caroline focuses her practice on civil litigation cases, including real estate matters, premise or product liability and contract dispute matters. She believes the best way to serve her clients is to get to the heart of the conflict quickly and concisely.

Caroline has extensive experience litigating cases from pre-suit investigations through post-judgment motions, including going through the mediation process to either resolve the case or narrow the issues. She is well-versed and experienced in the various local rules and customs between the jurisdictions in the Washington D.C. region, allowing her to advise clients within the context of their relevant jurisdiction or jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Caroline practiced commercial, creditor’s rights and insurance defense litigation in Maryland and Virginia.

She lives in Maryland with her family and goes to as many concerts as possible.
