Before joining Offit Kurman, Austin practiced at an international law firm where he handled data privacy, antitrust, and healthcare litigation. His background includes representing corporations, public figures, and political officials in matters involving securities and healthcare fraud, wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Austin has appeared in both state and federal courts nationwide and has successfully tried cases to verdict.
