Before joining Offit Kurman, Shelbie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Donnell W. Turner in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, where she gained hands-on experience across diverse practice areas, including criminal law, civil litigation, and family law. She also interned at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia in the Tax and Finance Division, broadening her understanding of complex legal and financial matters.
