Robyn St. Hilaire

Robyn St. Hilaire supports construction and government-contracting professionals with practical, detail-driven counsel. As part of Offit Kurman’s construction law and government contracting practice groups, she helps clients navigate the rules and relationships that shape the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

Robyn works with contractors, design professionals, and consultants to address compliance and business needs at every stage of a project, from bidding and contracting to performance and close-out. She assists clients in preparing and reviewing construction contracts, understanding state and federal procurement requirements, and managing issues that affect project timing and payment. Her work also includes advising on professional certification, licensing, and qualification standards that impact firms and individuals in regulated AEC fields. Robyn approaches each matter with careful preparation and steady follow-through, focusing on keeping projects on track, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.

Before joining Offit Kurman, Robyn gained experience in administrative and regulatory matters affecting design and construction professionals. She combines her legal training with a genuine interest in how projects are planned, funded, and built, allowing her to communicate clearly with clients across disciplines.

Robyn earned her law degree magna cum laude and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
