Offit Kurman Principal Zipporah Edwards was quoted in a February 15, 2023 article in The Charlotte Ledger regarding the recent pro-development court ruling in Charlotte, North Carolina. She provided insight into the effects of the ruling and how it will impact neighborhoods in Charlotte.

“I don’t believe the effect is going to be as dramatic as some of the parties to this litigation seem to think it would be,” said Zipporah Edwards, “it’s not just a blanket ‘all these restrictions are gone.’ It’s really going to depend. It’s going to vary property to property, and what is in that property’s chain of title.”
