Zach Brew Joins Offit Kurman Landlord Representation Practice Group

Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Zachary “Zach” Brew as an associate in the firm’s Landlord Representation practice in Tysons Corner, VA. Zach focuses on representing landlords, property managers, and real estate investors in residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters across Washington, D.C., and Virginia. With experience in more than 40 landlord-tenant bench trials, Zach brings a solution-oriented and cost-conscious approach to helping clients protect their property interests and resolve disputes efficiently. His practice includes lease enforcement, tenant default matters, and complex commercial real estate contract issues. Zach’s proactive communication and strategic counsel help clients stay ahead of legal challenges while minimizing business disruption.
