Offit Kurman attorney Thomas Repczynski will be a featured speaker at the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (VAELA) UnProgram conference on February 21, 2025. Tom will present “'Til Death Do We Part (Again): Addressing Post-Divorce Estate Planning Issues in Pre- and Post-Marital Agreements, Property Settlement Agreements, and Divorce Decrees.”

The VAELA UnProgram is an interactive conference designed to facilitate discussions and knowledge-sharing among elder law attorneys. Tom’s session will explore critical estate planning considerations that arise following divorce, offering valuable guidance on navigating marital agreements, property settlements, and court decrees to protect clients’ financial and personal interests.
