Stuart B. Newman, a Principal in Offit Kurman's Business Law and Transactions Practice, published the article "What to Know About the Bankruptcy Code's New Subchapter V" in the June 2022 edition of the New York Business Law Journal. The journal is a publication of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

The article describes the features of Subchapter V that differentiate it from a Chapter 11 filing and make it beneficial to small businesses. Mr. Newman co-authored the piece with his son, Steven H. Newman, and you may read the article here.
