On November 8, 2021, the Association of Legal Administrators published an article by Kate Raftery, Developing a Growth Mindset with The Successful Firm Project. The article highlights Offit Kurman’s growth strategy as presented by Firm President Timothy C. Lynch during the October event with The Successful Firm Project, How Successful Law Firms Develop a Growth Mindset. The article explores the mindset that has resulted in the firm recording an average revenue increase of 14% every year since 2007. The article also underscores the importance that the firm has placed on incorporating a growth mindset into your firm’s mission, organizational priorities, talent development, compensation, culture and client engagement.
