A registered patent attorney, Chad helps companies protect innovation and strengthen the value of their intellectual property. He supports innovators of all sizes with practical, business-focused IP counsel. Chad advises clients on patent portfolio development, enforcement, and transactions across a broad range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, oilfield systems, autonomous vehicles, and medical devices.
Before entering private practice, Chad worked for an oilfield service company operating drilling tools on offshore rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. This hands-on foundation continues to inform his counsel today, allowing him to bridge complex technical issues with practical, results-driven legal strategy.
