Offit Kurman Landlord Representation attorney Todd Kelting was recently interviewed on the radio show Morning News Express on WFMD regarding the new CDC Eviction Moratorium order and its potential impact on landlords in Maryland.  The order, which expires on October 3, 2021, has the potential to significantly impact U.S. counties experiencing substantial and high levels of community transmission levels of COVID-19.
