Offit Kurman’s M&A Group Represents Inflection Point Systems in Sale to Perficient

Offit Kurman, led by business attorney Glenn Solomon, is pleased to announce that it represented long-time client Inflection Point Systems in the acquisition of its business by Perficient, a publicly traded NASDAQ company.

Inflection Point Systems is a leading software consulting and product development firm with nearshore operations based in Monterrey, Mexico, and headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. Perficient is a leading global digital consultancy.

The Offit Kurman team was proud to be able to assist Inflection Point, whose experienced project teams have for 20 years been dedicated to delivering excellence for its clients, in joining forces with Perficient.
