Offit Kurman's Charles "Max" McCauley Appointed to XPX Philadelphia Board of Directors

Offit Kurman principal attorney Charles "Max" McCauley was named to the 2025 board of directors for Exit Planning Exchange - XPX Philadelphia. Max works out of the firm's Philadelphia office, where he practices business law and transactions, often serving in an outside general counsel capacity for his clients.
