Offit Kurman Welcomes Two Principals to its Tysons Corner Office

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Gregory DuMont and Dan Max have joined the firms as principals in the Tysons Corner, Virginia office.

Gregory DuMont is a member of the firm’s Landlord Representation group. He focuses his practice on litigating real estate development issues, tenant opportunity to purchase act issues and residential conversion claims.

An experienced trial attorney, Mr. DuMont represents individuals and businesses involved in complex litigation involving construction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and real estate development. He also handles clients’ collections efforts and creditor-side representation in bankruptcy court.

Mr. DuMont received his B.A. from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and his J.D. from George Washington University.

Dan Max is a member of the firm’s Business Law & Transactions group. Dan counsels clients on strategic and complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, securities and corporate governance matters. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. His clients include private companies, buyers, sellers, boards of directors, executives and entrepreneurs with an emphasis in the technology and government contracting industries.

He received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
