Offit Kurman Welcomes Ross Berger as Estates and Trusts Attorney in Philadelphia Office
Offit Kurman is excited to welcome Ross I. Berger to the firm’s Philadelphia office as an estates and trusts attorney. Ross advises individuals and families on estate and gift tax planning, family business succession, charitable giving, and wealth preservation. He serves clients at all wealth levels, including multi-generational families managing billions in assets.
Ross also collaborates with the firm’s business law and transactions group, offering insight on family business succession and corporate matters. His background includes roles as an analyst at a global investment bank and in early-stage tech startups, giving him a well-rounded approach to client needs.
Ross earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
