Offit Kurman Welcomes Isel Bedgood to Commercial Litigation Practice Group
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Isel Bedgood has joined the firm’s commercial litigation practice group in its Bethesda, MD, office. Isel’s practice focuses on antitrust matters, where she has advised clients on regulatory compliance, merger approvals, and global investigations before the DOJ, FTC, and international authorities. She has also represented clients in securing antitrust approvals for high-profile transactions.
In addition to her antitrust work, Isel brings valuable litigation experience. She has prepared briefs, motions, and pleadings for federal and state courts, as well as submissions to administrative review boards. Her work includes managing discovery processes, coordinating e-discovery and document reviews, and assisting with depositions by drafting questions, identifying key issues, and serving as second chair for depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
