Offit Kurman Expands Commercial Litigation Practice Group with the Addition of David Yohay

Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome David Yohay as counsel in Commercial Litigation Practice Group in New York, N.Y. With over a decade of experience in New York state and federal courts, David brings extensive real estate and commercial litigation experience.

David focuses on complex real estate disputes, including contested foreclosures of multifamily, retail and commercial properties. He regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in high-stakes matters involving loan enforcement, guaranty and promissory note recovery, contract disputes and judgment enforcement.

His practice also includes litigation involving title and lien priority issues, title insurance coverage, UCC claims, and lender liability. In addition to litigation, David advises clients on non-judicial solutions such as forbearance agreements, workouts and note sales.
