Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Christopher Brislin has joined the firm in the Charlotte office. Mr. Brislin joins the Real Estate practice as principal.
Christopher Brislin focuses his real estate practice on counseling clients on the acquisition and development of real property. He has significant experience with the development of apartment complexes and multi-family rental projects and extensive knowledge of the acquisition of triple net properties, having closed multi-million-dollar purchases in over twenty states. Mr. Brislin also handles the drafting and the negotiation of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. Mr. Brislin received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina and his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina.
