Offit Kurman Welcomes Associate Julia Jin to the Business Law and Transactions Practice

Tysons Corner, VA – (April 19, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Julia (Seong Ji) Jin to the firm’s Business Law and Transactions practice.

Jin focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions. She also has additional experience in follow-on offerings, private placements, PIPE offerings, debt financings, general corporate matters, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Julia represented U.S. and foreign issuers and investment banks on equity and debt securities transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities laws compliance matters.

Jin earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Ewha Womans University. She is also fluent in Korean.
