To determine the ranking, Construction Executive surveyed U.S. law firms with construction practices, collecting data on 2024 construction practice revenue, attorney count, revenue percentage from construction, states of licensure, year the practice was established, and number of AEC clients served. Rankings were based on a weighted algorithm prioritizing these factors in descending order of importance.
