Offit Kurman Represents United Corporate Services, Inc. in Acquisition of CLAS Information Service

Offit Kurman, led by Alexander McGilvray and Thomas Pitegoff, is pleased to announce that the firm represented client United Corporate Services, Inc. (UCS) in their successful acquisition of CLAS Information Services. This strategic move expands UCS’s capabilities in legal and financial services.

CLAS Information Services, with over 40 years of experience, specializes in public records search, filing, and retrieval for a wide range of clients.

UCS, established in 1970, offers corporate filing services to empower legal, financial, and corporate professionals.

Under the new ownership, Michael A. Barr will be the CEO, and Donald E. Conklin will serve as COO. CLAS will operate independently, maintaining its California headquarters and team.
