Offit Kurman Represents Sensible Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (SSATI) in Acquisition of DataSync Technologies, Inc.
Offit Kurman attorneys Michael Mercurio and Paige Vankooten successfully represented information technology service provider Sensible Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (SSATI) in its stock purchase acquisition of DataSync Technologies, Inc. DataSync Technologies is a provider of data engineering, information security, and cloud computing solutions to U.S. intelligence governmental agencies.
In addition to managing the acquisition, Offit Kurman’s team also assisted SSATI in securing credit facilities at closing, ensuring the financial readiness of the transaction.
