Offit Kurman Receives 2022 Tipping the Scales Recognition from the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance

BETHESDA, MD. – (Nov. 8, 2022) – Offit Kurman is pleased to have been named by The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance to its 2022 Tipping the Scales List, a result of the Alliance’s research for its 2022 New Partner Report. The New Partner Report is a yearly compilation of publicly released data from both Alliance members and the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms. Two hundred law firms were studied for the report and of the firms examined, only 57 had 50% or more women in their new partner class. Offit Kurman is proud to be among those included in this group.

On Thursday, November 3, the report was highlighted during the organization’s annual conference, Cultivating a Holistic Work Culture: The Power of People, Purpose & Productivity.Offit Kurman participated in this event.
