Kenny Jefferson Joins Offit Kurman as Principal in Estates and Trust Practice Group

Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Kenny Jefferson as principal in the firm’s estates and trusts practice group in Bethesda, Maryland.

Kenny is a seasoned estate planning and tax attorney whose unique background spans government service (IRS), in-house counsel at Morgan Stanley, and roles at both boutique and major law firms.

Kenny advises high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and GST tax planning, wealth management, and business formation. His practice includes drafting wills, trusts, and governance documents and handling complex probate and estate administration matters. As a former Division I football player, Kenny connects exceptionally well with clients in the sports and entertainment space.
