Offit Kurman Bolsters Southern California Presence with the Addition of Ryan Alexander
Los Angeles – (June 5, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome principal attorney Ryan Alexander to its Los Angeles office in the firm’s Business Law and Transactions Practice Group. Alexander’s practice covers a broad range of business and financial matters, including automotive, oilfield services, health care, life sciences, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He represents publicly traded companies, privately held companies, private equity funds, partnerships and professional service firms in many aspects of their business including, capital raising, acquisition, product distribution, technology licensing, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and international trade. Alexander also advises private equity funds in their formation, fundraising efforts, regulatory compliance and investment and divestment transactions.
Alexander received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and his B.S. from Midwestern State University.
