Offit Kurman Attorneys to Lead "Legal Horror Stories" Panel for Multifamily Housing Professionals

Offit Kurman attorneys Gwendolyn Roy-Harrison and Sidney Washington will moderate the upcoming "Legal Horror Stories" panel discussion hosted by the Northern Virginia Apartment Association (NVAA) on Thursday, December 5. This informative event will provide multifamily housing professionals insights into addressing and mitigating the legal challenges faced in their industry.

The session will feature real-life legal scenarios submitted by NVAA members, including tenant disputes and compliance issues. Gwendolyn and Sidney will lead a thorough examination of these cases, offering strategic advice, preventative measures, and best practices to help attendees navigate similar situations. Participants will also vote for the most compelling legal horror story, with the winning entry earning a $50 gift card.
